My game disc won’t read. What should I do?
Ensure the disc is clean and free of scratches. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Make sure it is inserted label-side up.
My PlayStation® won't power on.
Check the power cable connection and the outlet. Make sure the power switch on the back is set to ON. If the red light doesn't appear, try another outlet.
My controller isn’t responding.
Ensure the controller is plugged in securely. Try another controller port. If using a third-party controller, test with an official one.
Where can I get replacement parts?
